1- OBJECTIVE: maintain the body at 37°C / 100°F
When it's very hot and during intense efforts, the body reacts by sweating to release excess heat and keep the body temperature close to 37°C / 100°F.
By absorbing excess body heat, Outlast© technology helps the body by significantly reducing sweating. Result: the energy thus preserved can be dedicated to physical effort.

The tests
Developed to allow astronauts to face extreme temperature variations in space, the Outlast® concept is applied for the first time by Ekoï to cycling.
Tests have demonstrated its impact:
• on the reduction of the body temperature increase by 8% on average* (at the same effort compared to a standard jersey)
• on the reduction of sweat, from 30% to 50% on average**.
