EKOI SUNTECH EVO sleeveless baselayer
The new Ekoi Suntech Evo baselayer is an evolution of the Ekoi Suntech model. In collaboration with the Arkea Samsic pro team and the BMC MTB Racing team, we have optimized some points like the collar and the armholes to make them even more comfortable; we have enlarged the ventilations to make it even more breathable while preserving a good chest support.
Technical, efficient and very resistant, it's a must-have for your racing or training gear on the road or mountain bike.
- Polypropylene absorbs and wicks away sweat while drying very quickly.
- Mesh vents provide airflow to keep the chest dry.
- Seamless to reduce chafing.
- Very stretchy, it adapts to all morphologies and perfectly covers your torso.
- Its fiber is very resistant and very extensible.
- Ergonomic cut for freedom of movement.
- Absorbs and wicks away sweat.
- Dries very quickly.
- 2 sizes: S/M or L/XL.
- To be worn under your jersey during your cycling rides: allows to efficiently evacuate perspiration to keep your torso dry.
- Without a baselayer, when riding downhill or in the shade, the sweat from the jersey can cause a chill, which is why we recommend wearing a technical baselayer even in high temperatures.
- 72% Polypropylene.
- 20% Polyamide.

I really like this net shirt for cold days where I need to bundle up. I need warm core to offset cold fingers/toes, and this allows perspiration to evaporate without getting my jerseys soaking wet. I sized up one size which is not essential, but I find more comfortable.

Top quality fabric. I rode 50K this Saturday in somewhat chilly air, the Suntech was perfect as a baselayer (yes I know it is designed for summer rides) :) It performed really well wicking away moisture, kept me nice and dry, was VERY comfortable, and perfect for the 10*C ride I did. (Too warm for the thermal layers I just purchased from EKOI, so this was perfect!)

Seeing this online photos looked light and airy however this item actually weighs a little more than you might perceive. It does however keep you cool and transfers sweat well.

I've had troubles with baselayers in the past, because they're typically spandex and get VERY stuck on when wet. This, although it looks a little strange (you're covering it up with kit anyway) definitely makes it easier to take off. And provides a nice vented layer between the skin and the bibs/jersey. I ride in heat and humidity half the year and this does the trick for me, I don't always wear a baselayer but when I do, this is my go-to.
