For the year 2023, and for the second year running, we have calculated our gender equality index.

This year, given the indicators that could not be calculated, our overall index cannot be determined:

- The gender pay gap: in the absence of a valid group representing more than > 40% of the workforce, this indicator cannot be calculated.

- Gap in the distribution of individual raises: the score obtained is 25/35.

- Number of employees receiving raises on return from maternity leave: the score obtained is 0/15.

- Parity among the 10 highest earners: the score obtained is 5/10.
