EKOÏ XC C4 Black MTB cycling shoes
The new flagship of the MTB racing range, developed in close collaboration with two-time French Olympic champion Julien Absalon, has been specifically designed for competitive XC cycling.
POWER
Aimed at riders looking for explosive power, the aptly named XC C4 features a 100% carbon sole for the stiffness and maximum power transfer when pushing through on the pedals. Whether accelerating, attacking in gullies or overcoming technical passages, XC C4s are awesome. Get ready to smash your PB’s.
COMFORT
The ventilated warp-and-weft upper with alloy Atop® dials provides excellent thermal support and comfort, as well as efficient drafting. The XC C4s offer the best possible welcome for your feet, thanks to an elasticated band that keeps the tongue in the optimal position to provide a slipper-like feel. The printed silicone heel prevents the heel from lifting away from the sole, especially during the lift phase of the pedal stroke. Perfectly shod, it’s now down to you to smash the pedals.
PROTECTION
XC C4s have been designed to cope with hostile outdoor terrain without compromise. This explains why the alloy Atop® closure buckles are positioned so high to avoid snagging with passing vegetation etc. A reinforced heel and the shoe front that features a solid textured stone guard. Grip is ensured by durable, non-slip rubber tread effective when carrying the bike or walking sections.
STYLE
Fully embracing the racing codes that are part of the brand's DNA, are the alloy Atop® notched metal dials including oblique red lines and the letter ‘E’ on the outside of the heel and a white marker on the back of the shoe topped by a subtle red mountain and an unequivocal XC C4.
