With their high-profile rim, they deliver the snap and lightweight needed (1490 g) for your races and training sessions, combined with the absolute toughness of a carbon rim built to take a beating on rough tracks or support the weight of a bikepacking trip. Their stainless aero spokes ensure the perfect balance between shock absorption and stiffness under load.

HUBS MADE IN FRANCE & KONIK D2W® FREEHUB
High-precision machining: aluminum hubs “Made in France” CNC-machined from solid for maximum strength and featherweight performance.
KONIK D2W® Freehub (40-tooth): total reliability thanks to its self-centering technology. The conical design is twice as compact as the market benchmark ratchet, for an optimal bearing position and reduced friction.
All-terrain sealing: high-protection specific seals block out water, mud, and dust to extend bearing life.

Lifetime EKOÏ warranty: warranty terms
We offer a lifetime warranty on our EKOÏ GR-50 CARBON wheels. This warranty applies only to the first owner and will no longer be valid in the event of resale or free transfer to a second owner.
The following are not covered by the warranty:
- damage related to normal wear and tear of the product.
- damage related to improper use of the wheels.
- damage related to transport.
- damage related to improper storage conditions.
- damage related to improper maintenance.

Our return policy allows you to return your products in new condition (unworn, unwashed), with tags attached and in their original packaging within 30 days.
The return costs are totally free*.*Valid in Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, United Kingdom, United States.

Prepare your parcel :
- Add a copy of you invoice in the pack or write your details
- Return the product(s) with the labels attached and in their original packaging
- Helmets and glasses MUST be returned in a rigid, reinforced cardboard box. Any return in soft packaging will result in the immediate return of the product without exchange or refund. In the event of failure to comply with this instruction, Ekoï declines all responsibility for the condition of the product.

On receipt at our warehouse the pack will be dealt with within 5 working days maxi and the refund or credit made at the same time.
In case of refund, the amount will be sent back by reverse transaction.
In case of instalments, the amount will be deducted from the last payment
Our return conditions allow return of your new products (not worn during training or washed), with the original labels and bags. Customers have to inform us of the return online within 30 days after receipt of the order and have 30 days maxi to return the articles.
Items tried to check the size are not considered like worn. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is damaged or for hygienic reasons.
