Developed first for professional runners who train long hours every day on the roads, far from their home and in sometimes isolated areas, the Ekoï by Tocsen sensor can save your life by automatically and quickly alerting your loved ones . In the event of a fall detected, the sensor automatically alerts the contacts you have selected to locate and rescue you (the sensor is very sensitive and precise : it measures not only the force of impact during a fall, but also the speed).

How it works ? Activate the sensor with one click with your smartphone. The Ekoï by Tocsen sensor detects a shock or a fall, the application sends you a message asking how you are. Without a response from you within 30 seconds, it automatically sends a rescue request indicating your exact GPS position both to emergency contact numbers (which you have previously registered) and to people in the community with a Tocsen sensor. and which are within a radius of 2 km. The TOCSEN application is completely free and does not require a subscription. The sensor battery has a lifespan of approximately 3 months and therefore does not require frequent recharging. It is also possible to initiate an emergency call independently.

Prepare your parcel :

- Helmets and glasses MUST be returned in a rigid, reinforced cardboard box. Any return in soft packaging will result in the immediate return of the product without exchange or refund. In the event of failure to comply with this instruction, Ekoï declines all responsibility for the condition of the product.

On receipt at our warehouse the pack will be dealt with within 5 working days maxi and the refund or credit made at the same time.
In case of refund, the amount will be sent back by reverse transaction.
In case of instalments, the amount will be deducted from the last payment
Our return conditions allow return of your new products (not worn during training or washed), with the original labels and bags. Customers have to inform us of the return online within 30 days after receipt of the order and have 30 days maxi to return the articles.
Items tried to check the size are not considered like worn. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is damaged or for hygienic reasons.
