Bravo Kévin, you impressed us at the Tour de Suisse!
Leader for three days after a solid mountain stage, he resisted attacks from Alaphilippe and Almeida, and finished the penultimate stage in third place. In the final time trial, he relinquished the yellow jersey and ultimately finished 2nd overall. This performance confirms his promising future in the Tour de France.
"I came (to the Tour de Suisse) expecting to get a beating... and here I am, finishing second at the Tour de Suisse, with career milestones reached in just one week. It's just phenomenal," he stated at the finish to Eurosport microphones.
