What a demonstration! The young Belgian prodigy brilliantly claimed victory on the 3rd stage of the Giro Next Gen (U23), the first summit finish of this edition.
Determined and incisive, he left Lorenzo Finn behind in the last kilometer to cross the line solo. Already the overall winner last year, Jarno confirms with flair his status as a favorite.

"When Lorenzo Finn attacked, I didn't hesitate for a second and went with him (...) I didn't know if Lorenzo was suffering in the last kilometer or if he was just playing with my nerves. That's why I waited for the last 300 meters to launch my final attack."
