The new Road R4 shoes deliver excellent watt transfer thanks to a carbon plate positioned right under the power phase at the metatarsals. Their wrap-around construction provides a precise hold while offering optimal comfort. The closure is extremely precise, fast, and custom-fit thanks to two BOA® dials that let you adjust the upper and lower zones independently.

FITTING ADVICE & FREE RETURNS
In the event of a sizing issue, returns are free. For a smooth return process, try your shoes indoors on a clean surface (ideally on a carpet) so they remain in perfect condition during fitting. Also, make sure to wear socks to avoid marking the insoles.
Returns are only accepted for products that meet the following conditions:
- Shoes must never have been worn outdoors. Cleats must never have been mounted on the shoes.
- Shoes must be in new condition.
- Shoes must be returned in the original packaging in good condition, inside a properly sealed parcel.
- Shoes must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

The R4 is a good training shoe for everyday use. There is stiffness in the sole for stability. The heel of the shoe is cut lower than my previous training shoe so it has taken me some time to get use to the extra space. Overall this is a good training shoe for the price I paid. I would recommend this shoe for everyday riding to train.

I have another pair of EKOI shoes size 42 and they fit just a bit big. Ordered these ones in 42 and could barely get my feet into them. I have returned them for replacement and have decided to go up a full size to 43. Fingered crossed they are not too big. The shoes do look great!
