1. Surface prep

Cleaning: Thoroughly wash the bike and dry it completely before starting.
2. Applying the coating
Ideal conditions: Work indoors (cool, dry, ventilated, and well lit). Wearing gloves is recommended.

Prep: Shake the bottle for 10 seconds.

Application: Mist a small amount onto a microfiber cloth. Work the bike section by section (about one frame tube at a time) using cross-hatch passes.

Buffing: Immediately buff with a second clean microfiber. Use small circular motions to remove streaks and get a mirror finish.

Curing: Let it cure for 24 hours away from water. Wait 48 hours before the first wash.
Note: A second coat can be applied after the 24h cure to extend protection (no additional prep needed).
3. Maintenance

Wipe the bike down with a clean cloth after every ride.

Avoid: Do not use solvents or acidic cleaners.

If the beading effect fades over time, simply reapply.

How to Use the Ceramic Coating
SURFACE PREP BEFORE APPLYING THE CERAMIC PROTECTION
- Give your bike a thorough wash with the Cleaner, then make sure it’s completely dry before you start the application process.
APPLYING THE CERAMIC COATING
- We recommend applying the coating in a cool, dry, clean indoor space with good lighting and ventilation.
- Shake the bottle well for 10 seconds to activate the formula.
- We recommend wearing protective gloves during application.
- Disengage the safety lock, then spray the product onto a microfiber cloth before applying it to the surface. A small amount goes a long way.
- Start with the highest areas of the bike and work in crosshatch, overlapping passes to ensure even coverage everywhere. Work one frame-tube–sized section at a time.
- Confirm every area is covered. Using a clean microfiber cloth, lightly buff the surface with small circular motions to achieve a mirror-like gloss. Inspect from different light angles to make sure no streaks remain.
- Once buffing is complete, let the coating cure for 24 hours in a cool, dry place before any exposure to water or the elements. For optimal bonding, avoid washing for at least 48 hours after application.
- You can apply a second coat to extend durability. Simply repeat the application steps after the first coat has fully cured. No additional surface prep is required.
MAINTENANCE / CLEANING
- To preserve the ceramic treatment’s performance, we recommend wiping the bike down with a clean cloth after every ride.
- Avoid using solvents or acidic cleaners, which could degrade the treatment.
- Keeping the surface clean helps maintain the coating’s hydrophobic properties for the long haul.
- If the surface gradually loses its water-beading effect, simply reapply the treatment by following the steps above.

On receipt at our warehouse the pack will be dealt with within 5 working days maxi and the refund or credit made at the same time.

Our return conditions allow return of your new products (not worn during training or washed), with the original labels and bags. Customers have to inform us of the return online within 30 days after receipt of the order and have 30 days maxi to return the articles.
