How do I order? It’s very simple.
- Go to the custom model configurator on the EKOI website.
- Select your eyewear model.
- Customize your model in your colors.
- Confirm your order.
- Once your purchase is complete, you’ll be guided to confirm the prescription for your corrective lenses (prescription).
- All transmitted data is secure and confidential.
How long will it take to get my prescription glasses?
Your order will be shipped no later than 15 days after the purchase date (and after we receive your prescription).
What prescriptions do you offer on your site?
You’ll find your pupillary distance on your prescription (mandatory since the Hamon law).
Certain extreme prescriptions beyond that may be declined by our optician.
And what about progressive lenses?
As of today, we cannot offer progressive lenses on our EKOÏ glasses.
