The role of carbs after an effort
Carbohydrates help restore normal muscle function (contraction) after very intense and/or prolonged physical effort that causes muscle fatigue and depletes glycogen stores in skeletal muscles.

Electrolytes, especially sodium, promote effective post-ride rehydration by improving water retention and fluid absorption. They also help restore fluid balance and support proper muscle function, essential for optimal recovery.

Nutritional values
Mix 85 g of powder (= 2 scoops) with 250 ml of water.

On receipt at our warehouse the pack will be dealt with within 5 working days maxi and the refund or credit made at the same time.

Our return conditions allow return of your new products (not worn during training or washed), with the original labels and bags. Customers have to inform us of the return online within 30 days after receipt of the order and have 30 days maxi to return the articles.
