The role of carbohydrates after an effort
Carbohydrates help restore normal muscle function (contraction) after very intense and/or prolonged exercise that causes muscle fatigue and depletes glycogen stores in skeletal muscles.

Electrolytes, especially sodium, promote effective rehydration by improving water retention and fluid absorption post-ride. They also help restore fluid balance and support proper muscle function, essential for optimal recovery.

Proteins contribute to the repair and rebuilding of muscle fibers damaged during exercise. They also help maintain and grow muscle mass.
Nutritional values
Mix 85 g of powder (= 2 scoops) with 250 ml of water.
Drink 250–500 ml, preferably within 30 minutes after a hard training session or a race.

- Helmets and glasses MUST be returned in a rigid, reinforced cardboard box. Any return in soft packaging will result in the immediate return of the product without exchange or refund. On receipt at our warehouse the pack will be dealt with within 5 working days maxi and the refund or credit made at the same time.

Our return conditions allow return of your new products (not worn during training or washed), with the original labels and bags. Customers have to inform us of the return online within 30 days after receipt of the order and have 30 days maxi to return the articles.
