BIBKNICKS EKOI PERF HEXA 3D GEL BLACK
The bibknicks are hybrid textile equipment, half shorts, half tights.
Designed to ride under a cool, humid or dry autumn sky, between 5 and 15°C, it has a double benefit: effectively protecting your joints from the cold (like thermal tights would) while promoting the feeling of freshness and freedom (like cycling shorts).
Thanks to the DWR treatment of the fabric, these bibknicks will protect you from light rain and humidity. Water slides off the fabric while allowing perspiration to escape.
The fleece-lined interior ensures optimal thermal comfort up to a feeling of 5°C. In terms of comfort, the choice of stretchy and comfortable micro-perforated straps has the effect of optimizing the evacuation of perspiration which can be significant on the torso during exercise. The silicone band at the bottom of the bibknicks ensure optimal support on the calf.
On the seat side, it has 3D gel injection pad, adapted to your weight, breathable and elastic. Enough to allow you to go out for up to 6 hours without any pain at sit bones and perineum.
Visually, it is distinguished by a hexagonal or honeycomb textured pattern covering the entire fabric. This honeycomb graphic contributes to the chic, sober and elegant design of the bibknicks while contributing to the aerodynamic profile.

GEL PAD:
Customized cushioning based on your weight:
- Specific density adapted to your weight.
- 3 different widths: the width of the pad is different depending on your weight in order to provide you with tailor-made comfort adapted to your pelvis.
- Optimized drying and evacuation of sweat thanks to the perforations present throughout the skin: the skin remains dry throughout your trainings.
- Elasticity: the skin is forgotten and adapts to your buttocks.
FABRIC :
- Water-repellent DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatment, which protects against light rain.
- Fully fleece lined for excellent thermal insulation: protects against cold and humidity, wicks away perspiration.
- Undyed fiber that offers a perfect black color.
- Excellent bi-elasticity: stretching / returning to original shape.
- High resistance to pilling and abrasion.

- Silicone band for perfect support at mid-calf.

As usual the fit of the Hexa line really works for me.
The XL bibs, shorts, and tights are perfect for my 6'3" and 215 pound frame.
The bibs were warm but were able to dump excess heat. Turning back into the 20 mph wind I could tell that there was more than sufficient wind protection at 45 degrees.
Highly recommended.
