Shoes Tri R4 black
The new Ekoï tri R4 light shoe is aimed at regular triathletes looking for lightweight, comfortable, high-performance equipment maximising drying and optimising transition times.
It retains the strong points of the 2022 version: the carbon composite sole, for an excellent compromise between comfort and rigiditys, particularly appreciated over long distances; the tongue-less construction and the hyper-ventilated, breathable mesh upper, which plays an active role in keeping your feet dry and in optimal comfort. The intake and exhaust vents, which act as coolers, have also been retained in the sole.
To lighten the shoe weight and improve its use and efficiency during transitions and on the bike, our shoe engineers made the following improvements:
The hook of the wide Velcro strap has been reinforced, for more strength and durability. The Velcro fastening at the bottom has been replaced by an elasticated 'V', which has the great advantage of adjusting the front of the shoe to the shape of your foot.
The two small buckles at the heel have been replaced by a single, larger, more robust buckle at the top of the heel. The result: you can attach your shoes to the crankset and rear hub using the elastics, keeping them straight on the pedals. This high positioning of the buckle optimises grip and faster foot entry once on the bike.
The collar (the open area where you insert your foot) has been widened to ensure comfort around the ankle bone and avoid any discomfort when bending forward.
The final feature is that the new Tri R4 light has lost 10 grams compared to our previous model.

SOLE
- Rigid carbon composite outsole: the perfect compromise between stiffnress and comfort.
- Ventilation system: air intake vent at the front, exhaust vent in the middle for dry feet.
- Standard three-bolt cleat fixing system, compatible with all major brands of pedals:
- Shimano, Look, Time, Speedplay.
- Perforated insole for better moisture evacuation.
UPPERS
- Tongue-less build + breathable mesh for quick drying feet
- Wide velcro strap for the optimal fit.
- A notch on the Velcro strap for easier and fast foot entry with the widest opening with the shoe positioned on the bike for a faster transition.
- Elasticated "V" in the forefoot that adjusts to the shape of your foot.
- Heel loop to attach your shoes to the crankset and rear hub using elastics to keep your shoes straight on the pedals.
- High buckle for fast foot entry once on the bike.
- Weight: 270g (size 42 - 10.48 in) -10g less than our 2022 model.

Our return policy allows you to return your products in new condition (unworn, unwashed), with tags attached and in their original packaging within 30 days.

On receipt at our warehouse the pack will be dealt with within 5 working days maxi and the refund or credit made at the same time.

Our return conditions allow return of your new products (not worn during training or washed), with the original labels and bags. Customers have to inform us of the return online within 30 days after receipt of the order and have 30 days maxi to return the articles.
