Base Layer EKOI Perf THERMO PLUS COLD EXTREM High Collar Black
Designed to shield your chest from the cold down to -5°C/23°F this technical base layer offers outstanding insulation, comfortable wear, and quick drying. This triple performance is achieved through the combination of three materials.
Made up of 54% MERYL NEXTEN® fiber, this product is ultra-lightweight. While fitting close to your body, it maintains your freedom of movement. The hollow fibres of this material store your body heat, protecting you from the chill, and efficiently wick away sweat.
The result: the baselayer dries quickly, eliminating the feeling of a damp torso.
The second high-performance fiber, making up 37% of this baselayer, is polypropylene. Known for its thermo-regulating properties and remarkable lightness, it has an almost non-existent water absorption index. The outcome: moisture is wicked away, keeping you dry.
The 9% elastane provides this baselayer with a form-fitting second-skin effect, making it extremely comfortable. It is easily forgotten under a long-sleeve jersey or a thermal jacket.

I have three base layer jerseys made of the same material because they are so good! Extremely light and thin material but they do an amazing job at keeping me warm on cold days but not overly warm if the temperature gets warmer. Great at wicking up any moisture and very comfortable. I highly recommend this as it is my favourite base layer for cooler rides.

I was very impressed with the Perf Thermo Plus Cold Extreme baselayer. Apart from the length of the arms being very long (for me), the fit was perfect and when I would usually use 4 layers, I was able to use 3 layers of much thinner material, in fact I used the baselayer, a jacket and a thin Gilet.

In August 18th last year I ordered a Ekoi Aero Helmet from Bicycle Hero, I paid $226.60 when the helmet arrived it was obviously a fake, with no Ekoi paper work, it did not sit properly on my head, very little wrapping inside box only bubble wrap, I returned it as per instruction on web site, 29th August 2024. I never received a refund, and on the 24th February 2025 the helmet was returned to me, the company name is Sewoong International Korea. A real disaster for myself.. I wonder if Ekoi is aware of this company selling these helmets?
