Who is Manon Genêt?
Professional since 2017, Manon Genêt trains on the roads of the Gers in western Toulouse, at the Lureau Sport Training club. Coached by her partner and coach Frédéric Lureau, she manages all aspects of her career herself.
Her goal? To illustrate herself in the world top 10 of Ironman and to be crowned world champion of the UIT circuit.

Sports, a story of passion
A native of La Rochelle, Manon has been immersed in the world of sports since she was very young. Educated in sport-study, she practiced artistic gymnastics for about ten years, training relentlessly for several hours a week.
Born to ultra-marathoner parents, she then naturally turned to running and discovered swimming during a stay in the United States. Passionate about sports, Manon Genêt decided to build a professional background by pursuing studies in literature and then in business school. At the same time, she made her debut in triathlon.
She practiced as an amateur for 4 years while holding a position as a marketing manager, until the call of pro triathlon was felt.
Professional Triathlon Career
As triathlon became her main source of motivation, Manon began her professional career in 2017.
Her favorite playground: the long distance circuits with the desire to earn her qualification for the famous Ironman in Hawaii. Successful objective!
In three years of pro career, Manon Genêt has hoisted the colors of France on the most prestigious podiums of international long distance triathlon.
