The Belgian rider from the Arkéa-Samsic team wins the first event on the French calendar.

“The team did a very good job in my favor in the final of this edition of the Marseillaise. Maxime Bouet during the last twenty kilometers the "regional" of the stage was a perfect guide for all of us on these roads which he knows by heart.
