A reinforced cage for maximum protection
The transparent struts that support the Crystal helmet’s structure are made from polycarbonate—a material renowned for its outstanding impact resistance and light weight. Thanks to this reinforced internal skeleton, this helmet offers increased safety for all riders.

I did try the helmet at a local bike show, and it fit perfectly, arrived quickly and was well priced. Most other brand of helmet hurt my head but this one has many shape to chose from.

I really like the Ekoi Crystal helmet—not only for its design but also for its functionality, such as the adjustable strap and magnetic buckle.
However, I would really appreciate the option to purchase an inner padding set that includes an integrated insect net, similar to what the EKOI AR13 helmet offers. While cycling, I often feel insects flying through the helmet’s vents and getting into my hair, which can be quite uncomfortable.
It would also be great if the padding didn’t consist of five separate pieces that are easy to lose, but instead if those pieces were somehow connected or integrated into a single unit.

Our return policy allows you to return your products in new condition (unworn, unwashed), with tags attached and in their original packaging within 30 days.

Prepare your parcel :
- Add a copy of you invoice in the pack or write your details
- Return the product(s) with the labels attached and in their original packaging
- Helmets and glasses MUST be returned in a rigid, reinforced cardboard box. Any return in soft packaging will result in the immediate return of the product without exchange or refund. In the event of failure to comply with this instruction, Ekoï declines all responsibility for the condition of the product.

On receipt at our warehouse the pack will be dealt with within 5 working days maxi and the refund or credit made at the same time.
In case of refund, the amount will be sent back by reverse transaction.

Our return conditions allow return of your new products (not worn during training or washed), with the original labels and bags. Customers have to inform us of the return online within 30 days after receipt of the order and have 30 days maxi to return the articles.
Items tried to check the size are not considered like worn. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is damaged or for hygienic reasons.
