General terms of the contest

Article 1 – Organizer

The company JCR EKOI, whose registered office is located in FREJUS, is organizing a free prize draw entitled “Black Friday 2025 Prize Draw,” from November 6 (7:00 pm UTC+1) to November 28, 2025 (11:59 pm UTC+1) inclusive.

Article 2 – Entry conditions

The prize draw is open to any natural person of legal age (excluding EKOI staff) holding a valid driver’s license, residing in the following European countries*: Metropolitan France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Sweden.

Any order placed on EKOI.com and exceeding €50 incl. VAT during the draw period equals an automatic entry.

The same person may enter multiple times if they place multiple distinct orders.

Article 3 – Winner selection

A random draw from all validated orders will be carried out on December 1, 2025 in the presence of a bailiff.

The winner will be personally informed by email (and by phone if available) between December 2 and December 5, 2025.

If there is no response within 48 hours, the prize will be put back into play and awarded to another winner drawn under the same conditions, in the presence of a bailiff.

The winner will be announced by email to all participants and on our social media on December 24, 2025.

Article 4 – Prize

The winner will receive a ŠKODA ELROQ Electric car priced at €33,620.

Administrative procedures related to registration, as well as fees and taxes, are the responsibility of the winner.

The vehicle can only be collected at the dealership once all formalities have been completed.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-modifiable.

Article 5 – Prize handover

EKOI will organize the winner’s visit for the vehicle handover, at the headquarters of EKOI JCR, in Fréjus 83600, France.

The date and terms of the vehicle handover will be agreed between EKOI and the winner, within a maximum of 60 days following the official designation of the winner. If the winner fails to collect the prize within the maximum period of 60 days, they will be deemed to have waived the prize and ownership of the vehicle will automatically revert to the company EKOI.

Travel, accommodation and meal expenses for the winner to travel to Fréjus will remain the winner’s sole responsibility.

The prize handover will only take effect after all necessary steps for insuring the vehicle have been completed. An insurance certificate will be requested from the winner at the time the keys are handed over.

Article 6 – Personal data

Pursuant to amended French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 (“Loi Informatique et Libertés”) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (“GDPR”), the participant is informed of the following.

The organizing company, as data controller, processes the personal data provided by the participant on a contractual basis (game rules) for the purposes of organizing and managing the prize draw in which they participate.

Data marked as “mandatory” are essential to enable participation in the draw and the participant undertakes to provide accurate information.

The personal data collected are transmitted to the organizing company, its duly authorized internal departments, and to entities involved in the proper performance of the purposes set out above.

Personal data necessary for participation in the prize draw are retained for 5 years.

In addition to the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the participant has rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability over their personal data. They may also give specific or general instructions regarding the fate of their data after death, and may withdraw their consent to receive marketing communications at any time.

Article 7 – Liability

EKOI cannot be held liable in the event the draw is interrupted for reasons beyond its control (technical failure, force majeure, etc.).

Article 8 – Acceptance of the rules

Participation in the draw implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.

Article 9 – Intangible rights and image rights

By entering the draw, the customer agrees that, in the event of winning, their image, voice, first and last names, city, as well as footage of the prize handover may be recorded (photographs, videos, sound recordings) and used free of charge by the organizing company as part of commercial or institutional communications directly related to this promotional operation, on the following media: website, social networks, newsletters, posters, in-store screens, local or national press, internal communications, etc. This authorization includes the right for the organizing company to reproduce, represent, adapt, broadcast and exploit all or part of the recordings thus made, under the conditions defined below, without giving rise to any remuneration or benefit other than the award of the prize.

The participant may object to such recording and use of their image. To do so, they must inform the organizing company in writing, no later than before the draw. This objection will have no impact on the handover of the prize won in the context of the draw. However, in the event of an objection to the use of their image, the organizing company reserves the right to film the prize handover for commercial communication purposes, provided that the participant is not identifiable. As such, the recordings may, for example, be limited to rear shots or to their hands on the steering wheel, excluding any element allowing direct identification of the participant.

Unless opposition is expressed under the conditions above, the participant expressly authorizes the aforementioned use.

Article 10 – Filing, modification and consultation of the official rules
