These heated gloves, effective down to -10°C, distribute uniform warmth thanks to the Heat Concept system with its three adjustable levels. Breathable and moisture-resistant, they provide warmth, joint flexibility, and safety with non-slip palms.

Heat setting button:
- 1 press: RED LED 40°C (up to 1.5 hours of runtime).
- Double-press: ORANGE LED 35°C (up to 2.5 hours of runtime).
- Triple-press: GREEN LED 30°C (up to 4 hours of runtime).
- Battery charge level indicator:

NOTE: Temperature and heating duration may vary slightly depending on ambient temperature or each rider’s individual sensitivity.

We recommend preheating your gloves on RED mode, without putting them on, 3 minutes before hitting the road so your hands are warm right from the start of your ride.
Press for more than 3 seconds to turn the heating on or off.
Once back, we advise recharging your batteries (approximately 2 to 3 hours) to be ready for your next winter ride.
Children under three years old should not use this device due to their inability to react in the event of overheating.

Care tips
- To ensure maximum lifespan, the batteries must be COMPLETELY CHARGED EVERY 3 MONTHS and stored in a dry place at room temperature to guarantee long-term performance.
- In heavy rain, we recommend switching off your heated product.
For maintaining your heated gear, we recommend cleaning with a cloth and a damp sponge after removing the batteries.
- Do not use a washing machine to clean your heated products.
Washing prohibited: Your kit must not be dry-cleaned - Do not use laundry detergents without bleaching agents.

What is a pre-order?

Our return policy allows you to return your products in new condition (unworn, unwashed), with tags attached and in their original packaging within 30 days.

Prepare your parcel :
- Add a copy of you invoice in the pack or write your details
- Return the product(s) with the labels attached and in their original packaging
- Helmets and glasses MUST be returned in a rigid, reinforced cardboard box. Any return in soft packaging will result in the immediate return of the product without exchange or refund. In the event of failure to comply with this instruction, Ekoï declines all responsibility for the condition of the product.

On receipt at our warehouse the pack will be dealt with within 5 working days maxi and the refund or credit made at the same time.
In case of refund, the amount will be sent back by reverse transaction.

Our return conditions allow return of your new products (not worn during training or washed), with the original labels and bags. Customers have to inform us of the return online within 30 days after receipt of the order and have 30 days maxi to return the articles.
Items tried to check the size are not considered like worn. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is damaged or for hygienic reasons.
