CHARGER:
- Charger INPUT AC100/240 V (50 / 60 Hz-1.0A)
- Charger OUTPUT DC8.4V / 1200 mA
Good to know:
You must fully charge the batteries before first use.
Recharge them at least every 3 months to maintain battery health and performance.
IMPORTANT START-UP:
1) Plug the charger into a wall outlet (the charging LED lights GREEN)
- Then plug the 2 batteries into the charger; charging starts automatically and the charge indicator stays on during charging. (The LED turns RED, indicating your batteries need to be charged)
2) Charging takes about 2 to 4 hours depending on the battery's state of charge.
- When the battery is fully charged, charging stops automatically and the LED turns back to GREEN.
3) Unplug the batteries from the charger and reconnect the batteries to the overshoes' connector, place each battery in its dedicated pocket and close the pocket properly.
4) Press for 3+ seconds on the button to switch the heating system on or off.
TIP: Power on your overshoes without putting them on, 3 minutes before rolling out so they preheat and your feet stay perfectly protected from the cold from the first pedal stroke to the end of your ride.
- We recommend starting your ride in GREEN mode and switching to ORANGE then RED as you feel the outside temperature drop.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
- In heavy rain we recommend turning off your heated gear.
WARNING
- ONLY USE THE CHARGER supplied with the product to recharge your batteries.
- DO NOT INSERT metal objects or anything else into connectors or sockets, as this could damage HEAT CONCEPT items.
- DO NOT MODIFY HEAT CONCEPT products (gloves or overshoes).
- NEVER remove the protective film from the batteries; mishandling polymer batteries can cause an explosion.

Children under three years old must not use this device because they are unable to react in the event of overheating.

Our return policy allows you to return your products in new condition (unworn, unwashed), with tags attached and in their original packaging within 30 days.

- Helmets and glasses MUST be returned in a rigid, reinforced cardboard box. Any return in soft packaging will result in the immediate return of the product without exchange or refund. In the event of failure to comply with this instruction, Ekoï declines all responsibility for the condition of the product.

On receipt at our warehouse the pack will be dealt with within 5 working days maxi and the refund or credit made at the same time.
In case of refund, the amount will be sent back by reverse transaction.

Our return conditions allow return of your new products (not worn during training or washed), with the original labels and bags. Customers have to inform us of the return online within 30 days after receipt of the order and have 30 days maxi to return the articles.
Items tried to check the size are not considered like worn. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is damaged or for hygienic reasons.
