This Merino wool jersey is naturally breathable.

Humidity :
Even when wet from perspiration, wool still warms. This is due to an exothermic process : the proteins in the fiber heat up as soon as they get wet.
Temperature management :
Wool feels great over a wide temperature range and won't stick to your skin in really hot weather. This is thanks to the small air cavities that are trapped between the wool fibers.
Self-regulation :
Merino wool absorbs up to 35% of its own weight in moisture, without appearing wet. The body's natural cooling function through perspiration is therefore not hindered by wool.
Odors :
Merino wool has an antibacterial effect, because the surface of the fiber is scaly. Bad odors therefore cannot form so easily.
Durability :
Merino wool uses natural resources : it grows steadily and does not require any ingredients other than water, fresh air, sun and grass. It is also 100% biodegradable and does not require the use of any chemicals.
Multifunctional merino wool is a sustainable alternative to synthetic fibers. A little more expensive, but more durable and above all less vulnerable to odors - so you need less spare clothes on long rides.
