How much is a return ?

Our return conditions allow you to return new articles only if not washed & not worn with original labels and bags. Customers have to inform us of the return online within 14 days after receipt and have 60 days maxi to return the articles.

Make your request :
If you comply with the return conditions, just go to your customer account and then click on My return
- Select the order concerned by the return*
- Tick the quantity of or products that you want to return
- Select one option : credit voucher, change or refund
- Once the return request has been completed you can prepare your pack and send it.

*If the order is no longer available, you do not respect the return conditions (return within 14 days)*

- Add a copy of you invoice in the pack or write your details

When will my return be dealt with ?

On receipt at our warehouse the pack will be dealt with within 5 working days maxi and the refund or credit made at the same time.
In case of refund, the amount will be sent back by reverse transaction.
In case of instalments, the amount will be deducted from the last payment

What are your return conditions?

Our return conditions allow return of your new products (not worn during training or washed), with the original labels and bags. Customers have to inform us of the return online within 14 days after receipt of the order and have 60 days maxi to return the articles.

Items tried to check the size are not considered like worn. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is damaged or for hygienic reasons.

In case of refund, the gifts offered with the products must also be returned (mentioned on the invoices,

For helmets with a fall sensor, please stick the sensor on after trying on the helmet. Once it has been glued, the return cannot be accepted.

Ekoi helmet

Corsa light helmet

Good fit, very light, very comfortable.
My only complaint would be that the dial adjustment at the back has a tendency to slide up under the helmet making it difficult to adjust on the fly.
But the price makes me for get that small kink.

Fantastic helmet

Had the same helmet for too long so got the Ekoi Corsa Light during the latest sale. It is a wonderful helmet, super light and fits like a glove. I have Ekoi sunglasses as well and the combo is perfect. Would highly recommend this helmet.

Size is not right

Size S/M which should be up to 58cm, is not valid. My head is 58 and i ordered S/M but the helmet could not fit. I sqeezed my head.
Though EKOI, were nice to replace and send a bigger size.
But maybe the sizechart should be updated?

Unprofessional polish representative

I sent two email to the Polish Ekoi representative and my messages were ignored. When I called, the representative told me that he was at home (his dog was barking loudly in the background). Very unprofessional. Helmet is OK.

Light and comfy

In the past few years I've purchase Kask Mojito and Spiuk Dharma as my helmets. The EKOI Corsa Light is more comfortable and fits more snuggly than my previous helmets and would highly recommend the Corsa Light.

I am rating my helmet a 5 because greater the number better the product. If 1 equates to first then this needs explaining.
