ADVICE
PRE-WARM: select the RED mode, without putting on the gloves, 3 minutes before hitting the road so that your hands are warm right from the start of your ride.
RETURN: recharge your batteries (approximately 5 hours) to prepare for your next winter ride.
To recharge the 7.4V battery, use the charger provided with our batteries.
Children under three years of age should not use this device due to their inability to react in case of overheating.

The warmest gloves I’ve ever put on. It’s so nice and toasty I rarely go to the highest heat level because it’s so warm. Definitely recommend for the roughest winter riding!

Our return policy allows you to return your products in new condition (unworn, unwashed), with tags attached and in their original packaging within 30 days.

- Helmets and glasses MUST be returned in a rigid, reinforced cardboard box. Any return in soft packaging will result in the immediate return of the product without exchange or refund. In the event of failure to comply with this instruction, Ekoï declines all responsibility for the condition of the product.

On receipt at our warehouse the pack will be dealt with within 5 working days maxi and the refund or credit made at the same time.
